The CAUDAT BREW Story – From Roots to Roast
Our journey began in 1990, in the misty highlands of Cầu Đất, Đà Lạt, where our grandparents first fell in love with the land — a region known for its cool climate, rich soil, and perfect altitude for cultivating Arabica coffee.
Back then, coffee was not just a crop; it was a way of life. With little machinery but deep respect for the land, our family planted their first Arabica trees with their bare hands, guided by intuition, hard work, and a dream of one day sharing the flavors of their mountain home with the world.
Through years of nurturing, harvesting, and learning, our farm grew — not just in size, but in values. Sustainability, quality, and community support became the heart of everything we did. By the early 2010s, we started small-batch roasting and collaborating with local farmers to improve cultivation practices and ensure a fair, thriving coffee ecosystem.
