OUR FARM IN THE CAU DAT HIGHLANDS
Where Pine Forests Meet Pure Arabica
Nestled at altitudes ranging from 1,500 to 1,650 meters above sea level, CAUDAT BREW’s coffee farm sits at the heart of Cau Dat – Da Lat, where cool mountain air and lush pine forests create an ideal microclimate for cultivating 100% Arabica coffee. This unique highland terroir, shaped by red basalt soil and misty mornings, brings out the elegant aroma, bright acidity, and clean finish in every bean we grow.

Our journey began in 1990, as a small family-owned farm with a deep love for the land. From one generation to the next — now passed on to the hands of a passionate Gen Z heir — we continue this legacy with the same dedication to quality, sustainability, and community development. At CAUDAT BREW, coffee is not just a drink — it's a story of care, craft, and connection.
To preserve the land's richness, we divide our farm into micro-lots, each carefully managed for traceability and optimal quality. Our coffee trees grow under natural shade, bordered by native forests that act as ecological buffers — enhancing biodiversity and protecting against pests naturally. We never use pesticides or herbicides; instead, we nurture the soil through organic, regenerative practices.

All beans are handpicked at peak ripeness and processed in small batches using both washed and natural methods at our own facility. Our artisanal roasting technique highlights each bean’s flavor complexity — from bright citrus to subtle nuttiness and a clean, lingering finish.
By choosing CAUDAT BREW, you're not just enjoying an exceptional cup of coffee — you're supporting local farmers, protecting a precious highland ecosystem, and becoming part of a story rooted in tradition, sustainability, and Vietnamese craftsmanship.
From our pine-covered hills to your cup — every sip of CAUDAT BREW is a taste of Cau Dat’s timeless spirit.
